GED® Examiner Training 2013 - April 25, 2013

All Chief Examiners and Alternate Chief Examiners are required to attend a State sponsored staff development training, provided through a videocast by the GED® Testing Office in Albany, at least once every year. The trainings are held several times per year at different locations. Proctors and Clerks are also invited to attend, but are not required to do so. Note that this training session is for both new and returning GED® Examiners. Priority seating will be given to Chief Examiners and to those returning examiners who last attended training in 2012. The 2012 Chief Examiners Manual and the latest GED® Test Administration Handbook will not be supplied at the training. Be sure to bring a copy of the Manual and Handbook located under Handbooks, Guides & Manuals at http://www.acces.nysed.gov/ged/manual_guides.html Registration will be confirmed ONLY through the Finger Lakes RAEN and NOT through the NYSED/ACCES GED® Testing Office. Registrations must be completed no later than one week prior to the training. Registrations for this training will NOT be accepted at the GED® Testing Office, and walk-ins will not be accepted the day of the training.
